Turkey & Mushroom Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes 200g
- Rigatoni or Penne Pasta
- Turkey Ham or Breast, sliced thinly 200g
- Button Mushrooms, finely sliced 100g
- Sliced Onions 50g
- Sliced Garlic 50g
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoon
- Tomato Pasta Sauce 500ml
- Cooking Cream 150ml
- Chopped Italian Parsley 1 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then strain
- In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic with olive oil followed by turkey and mushrooms
- Pour in the tomato sauce and cream, then toss with the cooked pasta
- Season with salt and pepper
- Transfer pasta to a baking dish and top with Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts to golden brown
- Garnish with chopped Italian parsle
