Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100g chicken sausage, sliced
- 50g shitake mushrooms, sliced
- 200g San Remo Tomato & Basil sauce
- 100ml cream
- 200g precooked rice
- 100g Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes Cheese
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Sauté garlic, mushrooms, and sausage with butter.
- Add cream and San Remo Tomato & Basil sauce into the sauté
- Place rice in a baking dish and top with the sauce
- Top with Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes Cheese
- Bake at 180°C oven until golden brown
- Chef’s Tip: Be creative and use different toppings, or even change it to pasta!
