Mac and Cheese Bake
Made with Perfect Italiano™ Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 200g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated cheese
- 100g Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese Grated
- 300g cooked macaroni pasta
- 100g ham
- 200ml alfredo sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- In a large baking dish, mix cooked macaroni and ham with alfredo sauce.
- Stir in 50g of Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top pasta mix with both Perfect Italiano Mozzarella cheese and the remaining Traditional Hard Cheese.
- Toss breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle on top.
- Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
