Japanese Curry Baked Rice

Ingredients
- 100g cooked chicken breast/cubes
- 50g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
- 50g Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Grated cheese
- 2 cubes Japanese curry roux
- 50g boiled carrots
- 50g boiled potatoes
- 200g steamed rice
Steps
- In a hot pan, melt curry roux with 100ml water, and adjust with more water if the roux is too dry.
- Add chicken, carrots, and potatoes to cook for 2 mins until thoroughly mixed.
- Fill up a baking dish with steamed rice, followed by the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle both Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Traditional Hard Grated Cheeses, and bake in 180°c, preheated oven for 15 - 20 mins or until cheese melts golden.
