Ham and Cheese Quiche
Made with Perfect Italiano™ Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 50g Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese Grated
- 50g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 50g ham, sliced
- 4 tablespoons UHT milk or cooking cream
Steps
- Beat eggs with milk.
- Slice ham.
- Place a portion of ham on tray.
- Add Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese
- Add the eggs and milk mixture.
- Add another layer of ham and pour in the balance of eggs and milk mixture.
- Lastly, top with Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in oven till the top browns nicely.
