Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices ham
- 2 tbsp cream sauce
- 25g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
- 25g Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese Grated
Steps
- Lightly toast bread for about 2-3 mins
- Place ham on bread and add Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella cheese
- Cover with another slice of bread and drizzle cream sauce on top
- Top with a generous layer of Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 180°C preheated oven until top browns nicely
- Chef’s Tip: Perfect Italiano cheese is so good on its own that you may remove the cream sauce!
