Chicken Money-Bag Dumplings

Ingredients
- 150gm Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
- 200gm minced chicken
- 50gm spring onion, chopped
- 20gm oyster sauce
- 30ml water
- 3 tsp corn flour
- 10ml light soya sauce
- 1pkt yellow wanton skin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except Yellow Wanton Skin and cheese) in a bowl.
- Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Blanch the chives in boiled water, then in cold water. Dry them.
- Lay the wanton skin flat on palm of hand, then add a dollop of filling into the center of skin.
- Flatten the mixture to create a small well, then add Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese.
- Wrap the wanton skin into a moneybag shape, then use a chive to tie around the indent.
- Fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
- Salt and pepper to taste
