Chicken Cordon Bleu
Made with Perfect Italiano™ Traditional Hard Cheese and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Cheese 100g
- Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese 100g
- Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Honey Baked Ham 4 slices
- Breadcrumbs 300g
- Flour 200g
- Beaten Eggs 2 pieces
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Toothpicks
Steps
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper all over
- Create an incision in the center of each chicken breast
- Place ham in the incision and top with Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Traditional Hard Cheese
- Enclose and secure with toothpicks
- Dredge chicken in flour, followed by beaten eggs, then bread crumbs
- Deep fry in 170°C cooking oil for about 15 mins, until chicken is cooked through
- Slice chicken in half and see cheese ooze out from the center
