Cheesy Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese 100g
- Fresh Corn Bits 350g
- Butter 50g
- Minced Garlic 2 cloves
- Sliced Onions 100g
- Potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly 100g
- Chicken Stock 500ml
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Corn Bits, for garnish 50g
Steps
- In a pot, melt butter, then sweat onions with garlic followed by corn bits
- Add chicken stock and potato and bring it to a boil
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through and tender
- Add grated Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese, and season to taste with salt and pepper
- Blend mixture until smooth
- Pass it through a sieve and garnish with additional corn bits and Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese.
