Cauliflower Cheese Bake

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower (cut into bite sized florets)
- 2-3 slices black forest ham (cut into small cubes of 1cm by 1cm)
- 500ml milk
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 150g Anchor butter, salted
- 250g Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes cheese
- Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
- Fine Salt – To taste
Steps
- Boil cauliflower for 4-5mins in Visions casserole and dry in colander, spread evenly on a Pyrex Bake dish
- Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius
- In Corningware Plasma Saute pan, melt Anchor butter and add plain flour to make a paste, then add milk and whisk quickly as it thicken. Whisk until the sauce will begin to thicken, stir in Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes cheese and ham
- Pour cheesy mixture over cauliflower and add more toppings
- Bake till golden brown
- Sprinkle parsley and serve on Corelle
