Ingredients
- 200gm Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza Cheese
- 10 Tiger Prawns with shell, de-veined and butterflied
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5g olive oil
Steps
- Clean the prawns and leave the shell on. Butterfly them and lay onto a baking sheet
- Add garlic and olive oil on the butterflied prawns
- Sprinkle Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza on top of the butterflied prawns
- Bake the prawns for 8 minutes. Serve hot.
